Ordered from a private seller a windscreen for a classic car delivered by Proovia Ltd arrived cracked. Contacted the courier proovia ltd who despite numerous calls emails etc just pan you off with excuses. I'm £200 out of pocket. Also day and times of delivery varied from day to day hour by hour. Have emailed telephoned etc asked to speak to managing director, was told he does not come to the phone. Poor attitude they hang up on you no customer care
