Won't be using Shiply in future. Paid over £200 to a provider that was a fraudster.
Shiply failed to inform me that they had suspended said provider the day before collection of vehicle by them was due. Left with having to chase provider for a refund as Shiply washed their hands of all responsibility. Contacting Trading Standards to discuss - appalling service. In my opinion - don't go near them...
