I used Shiply when moving house from London to Glasgow. At an already stressful time I did not need to have my boxes delivered 10 days late and completely destroyed by water damage. I understand that this is not the fault off Shiply, however the website then prevented me leaving a bad review with the trader (Proovia Removals - who have repeatedly ignored my contact) to help give future customers reliable information about the service they provide. I will not be using this service again.
