Disappointed Customer
Very difficult to do business was with. Promised a great price and a fast service but didn’t get either. It took 2 weeks for the car to be delivered. I had to personally deliver my car to final destination because Shipley couldn’t find a driver. And they charged me full price. No consideration to waive any fees due to them not being able to deliver what they promised. Highly disappointed. Sent multiple emails for a refund with no response.
