The great customer service, how prompt and courteous everyone was. They stayed in contact with me with phone,email,live chat, from pick up to drop to make sure vehicle was delivered safely. They also contacted me about a problem with the vin# at dealership where they double checked to make sure they were getting the right vehicle. They also told me 1-4 business days it ended up coming in 1 day which made me ecstatic! Also the shipper when doing pickup inspection(walk-around) noticed a rock chip on windshield and immediately contacted me and took pic to show me.. Had no complaints at all!
