Two pieces of antique furniture delivered by different guys, one was fine the other was damaged despite being well packed, so if shipping fragile stuff it's a bit of a gamble.
As regards the so-called insurance, you want to read the terms - which you have to ask Shiply for, they're not on the website that I can see - and you'll find that there's a lot of stuff they don't cover, like antiques, and the goods have to be packaged and inspected at each end which is impossible if you've bought something a hundred miles away. I won't bother with the insurance again, I think it's a bit of a con. However, will happily use Shiply again.
