I was pleased with the number of bids and the carrier selected - however - I think Shiply should make it more clear that the "deposit" is really their (10-15%) commission that they receive upfront - and does not go to carrier. For that fee of e.g. - $200 they should serve as a better liaison between buyer/seller/carrier to ensure there are no issues and to facilitate a smoother process. It is also cumbersome to communicate with Shiply as they do not take calls - rather you have to communicate via text and it is a slow process. While they do provide issue resolution - it would be nice to be able to speak with a rep to expedite matters.
