Shipley is no more than a front portal taking orders, it manages to stear well clear of any issues, prefering to wash it's hands and see the Client work things out with the Courier.
The invoicing system is terrible, Shipley invoice there Commission and if you are realy lucky the Courier will give you an invoice for the remainder.
What comes out of all of this, is that it is so important to use only those Couriers with 100% Feedback, because Shipley is no help at all.
