I am neutral about Shiply. It is a platform that enables you to interact with potential carriers to move your item. I like that it automatically will mesh with an eBay purchase and even contact the seller to join a conversation you are having with the carrier. I'm not sure it has an app - all I see on Google Play Store is Shiply Business with a different logo. I don't like that it automatically gives a carrier positive feedback if the customer fails to leave feedback. This can be misleading. I also don't like that a customer can leave negative feedback without commenting on the reason - and there should be a minimum number of words needed before leaving negative feedback.
