Experiences have been a bit hit and miss. Cost is pretty competitive but coordination with shippers is solely through the Shipley message system which is not the best. You need to be careful to see if the shipper wants cash on delivery or whether they request separate payment. Once we were asked for both!! Care of furniture in transit is not equivalent to removalists so make sure you or the sender wraps it well.
