Trying to get a deposit refund when a courier fails to do a job is very annoying, they don’t simply pay you the money back they relist the job and tell you they will give you a credit! If I wanted it relisting I would have done it myself and if I asked for my money back don’t tell me I am having a credit!
Treat your customers fairly and try answering your phone or at least show some numbers to contact you. Poor customer service.
