I was asked by Shiply.com to rate for the Shiply service and the service of the transportation company I hired to haul my vehicle across Canada long before the shipping started. When I did not respond because I had nothing to rate before service started, an email came saying that it means I am fully satisfied with the services and a 5-star rating would be given as default. I think it is cheating. I hope that Shiply can hold the survey until after the business is done to more accurately reflect what clients really experienced. Also, most companies providing quotes to bid the business are using nick names. This made it difficult for clients to get details about the companies of interest as well as their online reviews. Hope Shiply can improve this.
