Avoid Shipley at all cost. Utterly unprofessional, atrocious communication. I have been seriously let down by Shipley and their carriers twice on one job. They are almost impossible to communicate with and have no authority over their carriers' poor work. I begin to wonder if Shipley are just some dodgy front company based on my experience.
