Booked a moving job from Spain to the Netherlands through Shiply. Then paid a deposit to them and the remaining balance to moving broker. IT turned out they do not really provide any quality guarantee for the moving services nor do they refund deposits nor do they take action against a misbehaving and not delivering moving broker that is a member of their Shiply site. Their moving broker blackmailed us into paying more on teh moving day and also did not provide paid unloading help nor did the broker forsee that an estimated load would be slightly overweight. He also sent teh wrong truck not the agreed 1500 kgs but only 1050 kgs initially and his driver of the subcontracted moving company was late. In the end the broker even tried feedback blackmail in exchange for a refund but we did not accept that. We had ample documented proof of the broker and driver's misbehaving but Shiply did not even bother to look at it and simply denied all responsibility for its mediated services.
