Opening the account online was relatively easy, however it all went downhill from there. I received an email confirming that I had opened an account but didn’t receive the welcome pack. I checked my junk email after a few days of no email and nothing in the post and it was there, however I didn’t have any account information just t’s & c’s and a direct debit confirmation
I emailed requesting the account details and more info on when I would receive statements
I received an email back stating I don’t get any account information and there isn’t an online option to check the account, just annual statements and for anyone else to add to the plan including my partner they have to call and pay by card over the phone.
I wasn’t really happy with that as I can’t manage the plan online, can’t make sure it’s the most competitive and nobody else would be able to set up a direct debit so I’m sure it would be forgotten
So I decided to cancel and will now open one elsewhere that is more user friendly.
