The actual surveyor that handled our case was lovely. Just post Covid so everything was done at a distance & professionally, seemed a very genuine and honest guy. The ‘older’ woman at the front desk however is the opposite. Her customer relations is something she definitely needs to work on, her mannerisms are very blunt & unhelpful & not what you would expect from an individual who is going to take a significant amount of money off you. Have dealt with this lady twice for the same thing in Nov 2019 & this year and same both times. She does not depict a good image of the company by her abruptness in telephone manner. Individual sounds like they have been in the job too long I would say.
