Formulaic approach to single surveys and home report. One report is regurgitated and used again and again. Valuation is basically a finger in the air to see which way the breeze is coming from. Quick research to see what else has been sold in the area.
No idea how to value individual properties in my opinion.
Probably not much different from most Estate agents from my experience. Go with your own gut feeling as to a property valuation.
