I have a number of Investment Bonds, one of which has reached maturity and required some advice on procedure. Got through easily on the telephone and spoke to Curtis. I was not rushed as we discussed the investment. It was great to speak to someone who cares is very knowledgeable and helpful. I am a big fan of mutual organisations and especially with Sheffield, who I often recommend to friends and family. Keep up the good work, of a very caring and efficient service.
