I ordered 2 pairs of slippers, they did not arrive within the specified time.
When I enquired about their whereabouts I was told the courier had returned them.
I was told I had to wait until Sheepskin World had them back before I got a refund or replacemens.
I felt I was being held to ransome. I understand that there are some customers who play the system. In this case there was clear evidence it was not my fault.
Once this was sorted out I got my slippers quickly, they fit and all is fine with them.
