I bought a pair of the moccasin slippers. They were poorly finished around the cuff so I returned them and requested a replacement. I was astonished to receive an email saying that all slippers were finished in the same way and if I was disappointed with the finish, there was no point in sending me another pair!!!!! So much for customer service. I have had to buy a replacement.
