I first established that my local shoe shop could not deliver any thing relevant for my wife's birthday. I then ordered on line a size six slipper. It arrived promptly, though I needed to be at home for four hours to receive it. So far, so good. But I then checked the size and the slippers delivered were size nine-much too large.( It is pretty obvious why nine, rather than six was supplied) Thye process of changing the slippers was relatively smooth, though once again I had to wait in for four hours to be certain to be at home when the parcel with the correct size arrived. Would I want to buy from you again? Not if I could avoid it. But could I?
