£84 had been taken out of my account for the purchase of a Loxley large cupboard, I was then told to ring Shire and arrange a delivery day. Whilst on the phone I was told this is out of stock!! Both Shire and Sheds.co.uk have then still showing 'in stock'. I requested a refund and now I have been told to write an e mail 'requesting' my refund. This is absolutely ridiculous, they were quick enough in taking my £84! shall not be dealing with this company again.
