Customer service is very variable. Sometimes very prompt at others took 48 hours to reply to not at all. I thought I was ordering from a business in Stratford upon Avon because this was the address shown. Turns out the website is run by Sixtystores and I still don't know who they are. When I had an issue with delivery, when one part of the shed was missing, I struggled with it being unclear who was responsible for sorting it out. It was resolved eventually but took a lot of chasing on my part. Not helped by the fact that Sixtystores phone system likes cutting you off. Customer service alternated between both Sixtystores and the manufacturer responding and then being ignored by both. So customer service feel short.
