Absolutely awful service, would definitely not recommend, ordered and paid for my shed on 14th March, booked delivery date for 28th April, got order confirmation on day of order, had no further communication, so made arrangements to be home from work to accept delivery, shed did not arrive on 28th April as arranged, after at least 5 phone calls established that it had been dispatched, and they did not know where it was. Eventually after a further 3 days managed I to track to the local delivery depot, I got no help from Shed Monkey at all, finally 10 days after the arranged delivery date I received it. At no point was i contacted by Shed Monkey and offered an explanation or apology.
