Im shocked that they allow the designer/planner to cherry pick customers and carry out works feeding off them. Don't use them its sub-standard and done by cowboy builders and Sharps who are correct its nothing to do with them im shocked they allow this to happen and have no control over them. The product was installed as planned but the quality was not great, it seems this is normal then they send around a real fitter to correct all the incorrect actions. poor joints rough cut pieces of wood and loose light wires are just to name a few. but saying that they did have no bother ordering parts and getting these issues sorted but at the inconvenience of the client. Double check the quality of your product we have missing back to the Lockers which were spotted in the 2nd visit and to you and I would spot this too easily. we then noticed no backing boards in all the wardrobes and then advised this is an optional extra if only the sale man had sold this as we had no budget and wanted the bedroom of our life all singing and dancing but ended up with MFI I think IKEA might even be a better option. very disappointing looks good on the outside but does not tick all the boxes. My daughter's room was the cheaper option but ended up with a better fit and our master room was let's just say it was disappointing. so before you part with 20k on bedroom furniture shop around and choose wisely
