Charlie was most personable, professional and helpful. Her product knowledge was exceptional and she readily took into consideration our ideas, tastes and what we were prepared to spend. There was absolutely no 'hard sell', she was fun to deal with and spent an inordinate amount of time on designs for three rooms. Here's hoping the forthcoming survey, installation and finished product will be as successful as the design process!
