Poor Service
When the design person turned up we got the impression he couldn't be bothered, said he was short of time as he had another appointment, so he rushed through thr design. He also said he knows what sort of thing people can afford and want (going off the area we lived) We didn't get shown any samples at all the only thing we got to look at was a brochure from the shop that we picked up ourselves. We had a discount voucher for half price and 20% off these were taken off final price but we was never given a price breakdown to explain how it was all worked out. We was told we could have another 10% off if we took the offer there and then, Which stupidly we did. The total for a corner wardrobe, 2 bedsides and a small wardrobe and a box behind the bed totalled nearly £12,000 We paid £1,500 on the day with all discounts he dropped it down to £6000 and that's for the cheapest options. We was left with paper work we couldn't read so couldn't check what all the prices were we did message him and he said a photo over of original documents. Me husband then emailed him asking how he worked It all out as the discounts for all items didn't work out as a equal discount his email was ignored. We then decided to cancel and found a better cheaper company we was refunded after 7 days and in them 7 days we haven't heard anything from sharps to ask if we had any problems or to ask why we have cancelled. Found the company very rude and poor customer service. Would not recommend lots of hidden charges when they make the discount sound so good.
