I said I’m not paying as it has been paid in full, then we will get a debt collection agency to send you a letter! I told her my partner phoned to make full payment! Little did we know they had taken all the funds except for the final £300! My partner never checked as 2 amounts were taken at once. Further to this she lied! Told me there was no one available as they were sick with Covid! Told my partner that no one was available as they over run on and installation today! I asked for a cancellation and refund! As the service is terrible! She said you can’t you’ve signed a contract. Don’t chose sharps I wish I hadn’t!!!!
