The website was advertising free appetite suppressant drinks on orders over £75 when I placed my order. There was no option to do this on ordering and there was a free shaker bottle included. I do not need a shaker bottle but I did want the drinks as advertised. I wrote to you about this and had very prompt response from Andrea saying that the offer had changed and that the website should be advertising the shaker and not the drinks. I replied that the website was still clearly advertising the the drinks and she asked me to send a screen shot to show the advertising. I have now sent the screenshot plus several emails over several days to Andrea with no response. All I want is the drinks as you advertised!! I have also informed Andrea that I only received 26 instead of 28 Pasta Ham & Mushroom Soup - Short Life in my order. Again, no response?! This is all such a shame as your products are brilliant and I am already getting fantastic results.
