Only started the 5:2 plan this last week and every meal I have had I have been very pleasantly surprised how good they are. Makes it quite easy to do!! I have had the same kind of products from other companies and they have all tended to be watery and lacking in taste, completely the opposite with Shake That Weight and I can tell the weight is coming off already. Would like so see some good offers please. So far, so good 😊
