I am very pleased I have discovered STW products. If you are genuine about losing weight and give the diet a chance, it really does work. I use the shakes mainly, but have started to add in the soups in the colder weather and for a change in taste. The shakes and soups are tasty and filling and quick and easy to prepare. It is easy to place an order and the service I have received is excellent.
