I've never tried meal replacements before and did some research and Shake that Weight had some of the best reviews. I ordered the starter kit to give it a go. Delivery was quick and the products packed OK. I wasn't sure how I'd get on with the shakes as I've tried protein shakes before with milk and water and been unable to stomach those! However, I was pleasantly surprised and love the Chocolate, Tropical and Cherry Bakewell. I have only given 4 stars because the 'meals' were not to my taste at all, nor the soups. I've since ordered more and I love the bars and crisps, all really filling and tasty! I also like the grissini but they weren't packaged well and all broken on arrival. I've lost 10lbs in two weeks and have not felt hungry, really improved my water game too, so that's a big plus. Overall the products are good but I'd definitely stick to the shakes, bars and crisps.
