I have changed my diet and have been Having your porridge for breakfast every day for 10 months made with water and only 140 calories!... even though made with water tastes still very creamy as if I used milk! I also mix berries with it and find this breakfast fills me up fine until lunch time.... best bit is I have lost 4 stone in 10 months so just ordered some more shake that weight porridge.
