Great! Started on Monday and it’s Saturday today and I have lost 8lb. I do the 4 packs a day. Not going to lie but the 1st 2 days were horrendous 😢 headaches, moodiness, feeling sick and counting every millisecond until my next shake but by day 3 I woke up feeling a lot better, only a mild headache and only counting down the last half hour until my shake. Day 4 and wow ! I feel better than I have in years. I have this unfamiliar feeling of energy, no headache, No bloating or craving for sugar. I spread my meals out and have 1 at 8am, 1 at 12 midday then at 4pm and my last one at 8pm which really seems to work for me. I still cook for the other 5 people in our home which is a strange feeling knowing that I can’t eat it but I love smelling it and to be honest I didn’t realise how much I picked and grazed at food until now. When everyone else I eating I spend time cleaning the kitchen then I work on my self care, something else that I have been neglecting. Little things like painting my nails, doing hair masks and moisturising my body to help my skin. It is early days yet I understand that but I really want this, I’m sick of being overweight. Good luck if you chose this route just remember the 1st few days are hard but seeing the numbers come down and the feeling I have now is really worth it.
