The product seems decent enough, however I had an issue with what I consider to be the most important/dangerous part of the kit which is the scalpel. Out of the box I was unable to insert a blade. I was indeed following the instructional video by grasping the blade just above the slot with the forceps and slide it on. I found that one of the slots had some metal material presumably left from the machining process. After extracting the shavings, I was able to get the blade on with some difficulty. I burnished the slots a bit more and the blade goes on a little easier. It appears to be usable as is now, and I expect the hardened steel blades will continue to smooth the surface as time goes on. I almost took two stars because of the dangerous nature of this tool, but the company is SUPER responsive and seems to care about the quality of their product, so I’m sure they’ll take this seriously.
