I ordered a bunch of foam inserts for my Festool systainers, the product is easy to work with and the result looks fantastic, the foam inserts for the Sys4TL-Sort3 Sortainer are absolutely perfect. However the inserts for the M size Sys3 systainers are simply not good enough, the foam shape has not been updated to the (not so new) sys3 systainer generation as advertize and the insert is not snugged properly at the bottom of the systainer. I love the product and will probably order again in the future. People in mainland Europe (France at least) expect to pay an extra 20% import tax and wait longer to receive your package (one month to clear customs in my case).
