Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the shadow foam I received. I ordered 2 of the Stanley Fat Max Deep Pro foam inserts. The process of removing layers of the foam was hindered by the layers being stuck together so well that I could only remove sections in clumps, making my project look very untidy. I was following the shadow foam YT video showing the Dewalt battery storage idea. The guy in the video removes the layers with ease whereas I was unable to do the same with the shadow foam I received. In the end the layers were stuck together so well that I had to use my scalpel sideways to cut into the layers and remove the foam in chunks. Not very impressed given the price paid and I won’t be ordering any more!
