We have waited over a week to get our non working heating running again, heating engineer very helpful, diagnosed a faulty pump. He had no time to fix it. 1 hrs work. The office girls advised 10 more days to wait for pump change. No heat, no hot water on a system they originally fitted. Emergency service?? I don’t think so.
Local plumbers from now on I think.
