When the engineer arrived he was very efficient and polite. However having expected a morning visit I did have to check at 11.30 am what time he would arrive as I had not had a telephone call. This was dealt with quickly and I fgnally received a call at 11.40 pm. This is the only reason I did not give a five star rating.
