I tried to cancel this before 14 days and received an email saying it was too late. I then checked my bank about 3 weeks later and £99 had been taken from them, they refuse to give a refund although I have all the emails to and from them. The staff are rude and pushy, I have now sent a letter to them in writing and will be going to find out what the next steps are to get my money back from them. I wouldn't go near them, they don't even stick to their own terms and conditions. You'll phone them and they'll offer you loads of different products that you're not interested in and you can say no so many times they'll push and push.
