SGE took money from my bank account after saying they would not. Told me to go into my emails and sign up through an email SGE sent. Lucky me had the sense not too. Cancelled under 14 day money at beginning of July. Fought for the last 2 months to get my money back. I was given so many excuses from system failure to not enough staff to process my refund. Got in touch with The Financial Ombudsman. Contact no 03001239123. They took it on free of charge. A week later. Got my money back and they had the cheek to say that they were doing it as a goodwill gesture. Also read The FINANCIAL FRAUD ACT. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY OF ALL. AVOID SGE COMPANY AT ALL COST.
