Terrible customer service at the nissan service department. Asked to bring the car in for 9am for a 1pm collection. On return to the garage at pick up time was informed that they had only just started to look at the vehicle and told to come back at 2pm. On return at thus time the work was incomplete and was told it needed more work doing on a recall item!! I don't even know if the car is even safe to drive. To top it all not one of the staff could even muster an apology, or even appear to be at all sorry.
