Poor customer service once car was sold and signed for after finding various quality faults. Poor and vague communication with regards to important pieces of information.
I felt that as soon as the car was sold they were quick to get rid of me as if they didn't want me to find any issues that would complicate their normal working duties.
Selling cars quickly matters first, customer service and quality not so important.
