Meeting Enquiry and within a few minutes I had a phone call from my mobile number providing some background details regarding the service and wanted to prompt a £30 pre-payment in order to save me £30 off the price which was in itself a little bit suspicious given they’re going to get paid the following day. Another five minutes and a phone call from London based phone number indicating that we unfortunately have lost the garage in the local area and therefore will be cancelling the order. Can’t say anything regarding the service of any garage but clearly this service stop is a bit of a service stop, you don’t get a service as far as I can see or at least not in all the country and in which case they should be ensuring that when you put the postcode in you do not believe you are getting an MOT and service the following day. Not a scam but clearly not the way you should be looking after your customers .
