I have been trying to contact servicing stop for weeks. Their telephone number directs you straight to live chat / sending an email. I have attempted both with no success. I had my car serviced and MOT'd October 2023. Half way through the service a representative called me to advise they would need to complete additional tasks in order to comply with my Kia Warranty. The gentleman sounded confident and knowledgable about Kia warranty so i agreed of course.
Fast forward to today (25th March 2024). My kia broke down last weekend had to be towed to the dealership. They pulled up my service history and could not see Servicing stops Service completed. Nor in my service book had it been noted that Kia parts had been used ( filters etc) which is a requirement to keep the Warranty valid. I currently face a hefty bill for a potential new engine with the warranty being questioned on validity. I need to obtain the parts numbers used and the grade of oil used in the oil change. None of this was provided at the time. And seemingly now i cannot contact servicing stop to obtain this information
