What went wrong, where do I start! They picked the car up fine. After that very scant information and I had to keep prompting them for info on my car. In the end I was promised they would drop off my car as this is part of the service. But in the end I had to drive to some garage in the back of beyond to retrieve my car! I believe
They did all the repairs and I got my MOT certificate but what a carryon! Not the customer service I expected.
