My car was picked up (late) and i specifically requested it be back for 5 pm for me to go to work, I was told it would be and at 4:45 pm. I was called to be told they wanted another £120 to do an engine flush and oil change. I said I thought that the oil change was in the price, I already paid for the service, but they said no, I paid for the oil change as I was told the car wouldn’t be released until I’d paid. After that. I waited and waited. The car never turned up. It got to 8 o’clock in the evening and obviously all the phones were turned off, so I missed a shift at work! and my husband and I were both worried as we weren’t sure where our car was, or if we were going to get it back, so in the morning I got on the phone and tried again, nobody ever phones back! but with a bit of detective work I found the garage that my car was taken to and phoned them up and they said the car was actually ready the day before at 1 pm, but they were waiting for service stop to give them the go-ahead to deliver it to me. They should not have phoned me up trying to “upsell “extra add on costs …but we were just so pleased to get our car back. (We found it in a lay by near the garage, where it had been left out all night, anything could have happed to it) We would never use this company again totally unreliable and even the garage, it was sent to said they’re going to stop using them, terrible service and no communication we don’t even know if they really did a service or not? Obviously we never use this company again..
