Stole items from car, (high-powered USB dash cam power supply) and suggested it was not there when they collected it. (I have the video of them "discovering it" and removing the power supply) Didn't stamp the service book, and tried to scam me with HUGE additional costs to a 2020 car, that was not needed.
Car was collected late and returned later, at 9pm, we were about to report it stolen.
