Staying just within the law they scam you by getting you to agree to something on the phone, not enabling callers to phone back, saying that they didn’t get your message in time and keeping your car for ages when you need it.
It’s an automated system where they charge an initial price and later add on huge amounts for work you don’t think you really need. I will never use them again
