I had been thinking about going on a retreat for a while but could not find one that sounded right for me, was at the right time, in the right place, not already fully booked or affordable. When I found Serenity it ticked all the boxes so I booked straight away. I loved it. I slowed right down, felt more and more relaxed as the week went on, and most importantly switched off from my normal working life. I've never slept so much either. Kim's meditation sessions were really great as were the recommended activities/trips. Nikiana is such a beautiful place too. It was everything I wanted it to be. Thank you so much!
